This continuing education activity is approved by SouthComm, an organization accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS). CECBEMS-approved classes are accepted by the National Registry of EMTs (NREMT) for recertifcation requirements. One CE is given per one-hour class. 1.25 credits are given per 75-minute class. Attendees can earn 4 credits while taking the half-day workshops and 8 credits for the full-day workshops. There is no limit to how many CE credits attendees can earn at EMS World Expo. To obtain credit, you must have your badge scanned upon entering your session, spend the required time in each class, and turn in a completed course evaluation for each class.
